How I work
Senior craft is mostly judgment.
Tools are table stakes. What scales a product org is how you frame problems, de-risk decisions, and bring teams along, and stay in the room when those decisions get tested in implementation. That's the part I'm hired for.
Start with the real problem
Research and discovery before pixels. I reframe vague asks into the decision that actually moves the metric, and kill work that shouldn't ship.
Design for systems, not screens
Components and patterns that hold up across mobile, web, and TV, and across dozens of designers and engineers. I also design for the person actually using it, tired, distracted, or first week on the job. Consistency that survives scale only matters if the edge case doesn't break.
Hold the line through delivery
I align PM and engineering early and make tradeoffs explicit, but design doesn't end at handoff. I stay close to implementation, flag deviations that matter, and protect the load-bearing decisions the team already agreed on. Not everything is worth a fight. I know the difference.
